The Delaware Vital Events Registration System (DelVERS) is the vital records registration and issuance software that was developed for the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) by Genesis Systems, Inc. The modules included are Birth, Death, Fetal Death, Marriage, Divorce, Induced Termination of Pregnancy (ITOP) and Fee & Issuance.
The Bureau of Health Statistics and Vital Statistics (BHSVS) maintain and operate the only system of statistics throughout the state of Delaware. Access to vital records is restricted by statute.
